• All drivers undergo comprehensive background checks, including FBI fingerprinting and driving record screenings.
• Must hold a valid CDL with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements.
• Must pass DOT medical exams and drug/alcohol screening prior to employment and randomly throughout the year.

🧠 Extensive Training

• Each driver completes state-mandated classroom and behind-the-wheel training, with a focus on:

  • Emergency procedures
• Ongoing safety refreshers and professional development sessions are required annually.

• Daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections are required to ensure equipment reliability.
• All buses are equipped with GPS tracking, allowing real-time oversight of routes and driving behavior.
• Supervisors conduct ride-alongs and spot checks to ensure safety and professionalism are always maintained.
